The challenge officially kicks off Monday 10th February 2025. The Goal Setting session will be held on Thursday 6th February with Body scans, Fitness & Strength Testing opportunities available from then onwards. (These must be completed pre-challenge or within week 1 of the challenge or additional fees apply)
It depends what you're tracking! In your goal-setting session you will uncover what success looks like to you, and set yourself some S.M.A.R.T (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic & time-based) goals. Based on this, we will recommend which testing tools you use. Body composition scans, strength testing & fitness testing sessions will all be available - you take what you need!
Keep in mind, participation is optional, and not every test will suit everyone - we’ll guide you on the best options for you! You’ll have the chance to take on a beep test, 3km time trial and a gym-based strength session (3RM Squat, Bench, and Deadlift).
We’re THRILLED to announce our partnership with nutritionist Jess Lowe and Happy Healthy Nutrition! Through an online consult with Jess, you’ll receive a tailored macro meal plan customised to your body and goals. Plus, with access to the 'Nutrition Club Recipe Hub', you’ll enjoy simple, delicious, whole food-based recipes - no tedious tracking required. This proven, sustainable approach ensures the right macro balance to support your health, energy, and body composition goals effectively.
Yes, our plans are fully customisable to accommodate dietary restrictions and personal preferences. You’ll also gain access to an online recipe hub, allowing you to match codes from your plan to other meals and make swaps as you see fit!
The choice is yours! We want you to choose a training routine which you enjoy and that you can/will stick to long term! If you're not sure where to start, or you feel like your training plan needs a refresh - we can book you in for a 1:1 session with a personal trainer to design a gym based program for you. Alternatively, we highly recommend attending our group fitness classes where the planning is done for you OR looking into our new Semi-Private Training option!
